The redesigned website performs as a growth asset rather than a static portfolio. Since launch, traffic has increased by 20 percent, and proposal requests have grown by 30 percent. Clear positioning, improved navigation, and focused calls to action have shortened the path from discovery to inquiry, directly supporting lead generation and new business.

Y5 Creative is a Vancouver-based boutique branding and marketing agency that works with purpose-driven organizations to build meaningful, expressive brands. I designed and built the website from the ground up to translate Y5 Creative's positioning into a clear, confident digital presence that supports lead generation, showcases credibility, and drives business growth.

CHALLANGES
The primary challenge was turning a highly expressive brand into a structured, conversion-focused website without losing personality. The site needed to balance creativity with clarity, present a wide range of projects cohesively, and communicate value quickly to prospective clients. At the same time, it had to guide visitors toward key actions, such as requesting proposals and starting conversations.

I designed a clear hierarchy that helps visitors quickly understand who Y5 Creative is, what they offer, and where they create the most value. To strengthen trust and differentiate the agency, I designed a custom portfolio system where each project opens with a short header video supported by strong visuals. This approach allows prospects to quickly grasp the scope, quality, and impact of the work while reinforcing Y5 Creative's strategic and creative depth.
