Kultura Kafe is a specialty food brand offering bold, authentic sauces inspired by Serbian Romani culture. The goal was to introduce something genuinely new to the market, flavours with deep cultural roots and a strong sense of identity. I developed a brand experience that reflects the richness, mystique, and confidence of the culture while creating a product that feels premium, distinctive, and retail-ready.

The challenge was translating Kultura Kafe's cultural depth and bold flavour profiles into a cohesive, authentic brand that could stand out on crowded shelves. The identity needed to feel expressive and memorable while remaining consistent, flexible, and scalable across packaging, marketing, and future product extensions.

I developed a complete brand identity system, including the logo, colour palette, typography, brand guidelines, and packaging design. The logo balances modern clarity with classic character, while the visual language draws from cultural influence without feeling literal or decorative. Packaging was designed to be bold and confident, using strong visual hierarchy and storytelling elements to create shelf impact and emotional connection.
